Return & Refund Policy

At Juzira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return process straightforward and hassle-free.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Please note that certain items—like custom-made or intimate products—cannot be returned due to hygiene or personalization reasons.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges. To start, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number is required to process your return; packages received without it may be delayed or refused.

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please be aware that restocking fees, return shipping costs, or applicable taxes may be deducted from your refund, depending on the situation.

If your refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared in your account, please check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, our support team is ready to help.

Products bought at a discount can usually be returned, but refunds will reflect the price actually paid at checkout.

If you’d prefer an exchange—whether for a different size, color, or product variant—just reach out. We’ll confirm availability and explain the next steps. Any price difference or related shipping costs will be your responsibility.

To return a product, carefully follow the instructions provided after receiving your RA number. Package the item securely with all original tags and accessories, and clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the parcel. For your protection, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping method.

A restocking fee may apply to some returns. If relevant, we’ll inform you before your return is authorized.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as sending the wrong or a defective item—you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. These may be deducted from your final refund.
